FAQs
Whether you're joining us in Boston or virtually, below is information to help you prepare for the HCM9 experience.
I Haven’t Registered Yet
For the first time in Summit history, in-person tickets are SOLD OUT.
Join us virtually instead! It's in no way a consolation prize. Our virtual platform was a hit in 2024, and we're bringing back an even stronger experience for 2026 — full live access to the core program plus six months of enduring content and more.
-
YES! Now through October 22, you can register at any time. Get your virtual ticket HERE.
*Please be sure to fill in the field for “CC email address” with a secondary email to ensure you receive our communications.

NO... unfortunately, we are at fire code capacity. There is also no waitlist. This being our ninth Summit, we know first-hand cancellations after 5 weeks out are extremely rare.
There is also absolutely no on-site registration. (We do not even bring the equipment to the hotel to accommodate such requests.)
I’m Already Registered

Adding a personal "CC" email to your registration is highly recommended based on institutional firewalls blocking event emails. It’s the simplest and best way to ensure all our communications and your day-of log-in credentials reach you in a timely fashion.
-
We start emailing registrants on September 22 with both on-site and/or virtual details. Please be sure to add info@hcmsummit.org to your safe senders list now to ensure delivery.
-
The Summit proudly uses the FREE Cvent Events app. Please CLICK HERE for Apple Store & Google Play links and instructions to download it now. (Both virtual AND in-person attendees benefit from app features — like submitting questions to speakers.)
-
The virtual platform officially opens by October 1. Use the links/codes from our emails to log in early and get comfortable. Use the link in #4 to download the FREE event app now to get prepared.

I’m Attending Virtually
-
You get full live access to the core scientific program as it happens, streamed through the platform (either on your web browser or the app) — plus six months of enduring/on-demand access after the event, through April 25, 2027.
All attendees - even in Boston - have to submit questions to speakers virtually, so you get equal footing in terms of Drs. Maron and Ommen considering your question submission for the Live Q&As ad Discussion Panels.
-
The platform opens by October 1 so you can log in early and get familiar with the layout and offerings well before the event starts.
-
The Care Team Forum (Thu night), the All-Attendee Reception (Fri night), and the Evening with the HCMA (Sat night) are in-person only and not part of the virtual experience.
The industry product theaters are mostly live-streamed, but there are a few exceptions. Please peruse the main Product Theaters page for more details on virtual access to each.
-
Full details on how to set yourself up for the ideal live-stream experience will come in our pre-event emails starting Sep 22. But, suffice it to say, you can stream the Summit from any device from anywhere in the world.
