  • Our pre-Summit emails started Saturday, Oct 3, and come weekly from HCM Summit (info@hcmsummit.org):

    Don’t see it? Search your inbox and spam/junk folder for “HCM9.” If it’s in spam, please mark it as not spam. We’ll be sending CME details after the Summit and want to make sure they reach you.

  • Adding a personal "CC" email to your registration is highly recommended, since institutional firewalls sometimes block event emails. It’s the simplest and best way to ensure all our communications and your day-of log-in credentials reach you in a timely fashion.

    Also, be sure to add info@hcmsummit.org to your safe senders list.

  • HCM9 uses the free Cvent Events app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Prefer not to download anything? Use our browser login on any phone, tablet, or computer. It's the same content either way.

    In the app, search "HCM" and tap HCM Summit 9. Then enter your name and the email you registered with. All registrants, in-person and virtual, have access.

  • The live Summit (Oct 22-25) runs on Eastern Time (ET) from Boston, MA, USA.

  • For details on the CME provided at HCM9, please CLICK HERE. All attendees will receive a link to claim certificates several ways during the live event (QR code, on-site screens, e-blasts).

  • A template attendance letter from HCM9 Co-Director Dr. Martin Maron, on Lahey Clinic letterhead, is available here. Add your name and send it wherever proof of attendance is needed.

I’m Attending In Boston

  • YES. Every HCM Summit 9 registrant, in-person or virtual, has full access to our full virtual platform.

    Use it to watch the live show, access downloadable materials, submit questions to speakers, and rewatch sessions on demand for 6 months (through April 25, 2027).

  • Optional events that complement the core agenda. The evening events are free for in-person registrants.

      Cocktails, light dinner, and networking with Boston Harbor views. No RSVP needed.

    • HCMA Reception · Saturday, Oct 24 · 7:00–9:00 PM · Lighthouse I Ballroom (Plaza, Level 3)
      Hosted by HCMA CEO Lisa Salberg and HCMA International. Space is limited; RSVP required.

    • Industry Sessions · Thursday–Sunday · Seaport Ballroom (Mezzanine, Level 2)

  • All of your on-site logistical questions will be answered in full in our pre-event emails that will commence by Sep 25 (one month out). Please watch your inbox. If you don’t receive the Fri, Sep 25 email, please Modify Your Registration to include a secondary “CC” email address.

I’m Attending Virtually

  • You get full live access to the core scientific program as it happens, streamed through the platform (either on your web browser or the app) — plus six months of enduring/on-demand access after the event, through April 25, 2027.

    All attendees — even those in Boston — submit questions to speakers virtually, so you're on equal footing with in-person attendees when it comes to consideration/inclusion during Live Q&As and Discussion Panels.

  • The platform opens by October 1 so you can log in early and get familiar with the layout and offerings well before the event starts.

  • The Care Team Forum (Thu night), the All-Attendee Reception (Fri night), and the Evening with the HCMA (Sat night) are in-person only and not part of the virtual experience.

    The industry product theaters are mostly live-streamed, but there are a few exceptions. Please see the main Product Theaters page for more details on virtual access to each.

  • Full details on how to set yourself up for the ideal live-stream experience will come in our pre-event emails starting Fri, Sep 25. In short, you can stream the Summit from any device, anywhere in the world.

I’m Not Registered Yet

For the first time in Summit history, in-person tickets are sold out. We've been at fire-code capacity since early September, and there's no waitlist or on-site registration. After nine Summits, we know cancellations this close to the event are extremely rare.

But you can still join us virtually. Our virtual platform was a hit in 2024, and this year's is even stronger: the full scientific program streamed live, real-time Q&A with faculty, 19.25 hours of CME credit, and on-demand access through April 25, 2027. Registration is open through Sunday, Oct 25.
