Advanced registration is required and will be accepted until Thursday, October 10, 2024. Tuition includes:
All Summit 8 materials.
An invitation to our on-site Friday Night Reception (sponsored by Cytokinetics) for cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and networking with faculty members and fellow registrants.
The opportunity to attend all industry-sponsored Product Theaters and other educational events taking place during the Summit.
Digital access to all faculty talks through April 2025.
PRE-EVENT COMMUNICATIONS
Registration confirmation, conference details, and post-event survey details will all be sent via email. Approximately one week before Summit 8, all registrants will also receive a reminder email including instructions on parking at the venue, locating the ballroom, signing up for (non-mandatory) sponsor product theaters, and more. If you do not receive these communications, contact us to confirm your registration.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Prior to October 1, 2024, cancellation will result in refunded tuition minus a $50 processing fee per registrant. Cancellation requests after this date will not receive refunds. Substitutions are accepted at any time. To complete your cancellation or substitution email team@lalonemarketing.com. In the unlikely event of Summit 8’s cancellation, Ciné-Med, Lahey Clinic, Inc., and Lalone Marketing are not responsible for costs incurred by participants. We reserve the right to cancel a session or substitute a qualified speaker if an emergency arises.

Hotel rooms have been reserved at the Seaport Hotel at a discounted group rate of $349/night (USD) for deluxe guest rooms with single or double occupancy, plus tax.
