Your HCM9 Virtual Access

Every HCM Summit 9 registrant, in-person or virtual, has full access to our full virtual platform.

Use it to watch the live show, access downloadable materials, submit questions to speakers, and rewatch sessions on demand for 6 months (through April 25, 2027).

Step 1

LOG IN (TWO CHOICES)


APP: Cvent Events (a green square icon)

  • Download:  App Store / Google Play

  • Search for the word “HCM”, tap HCM Summit 9 when it appears, then tap Download (to load the event into the app)

  • Enter your name and the email address you registered with

  • Enter the 6-digit code sent to you via email and text message

BROWSER: any phone, tablet, or computer

  • Click Here to open the HCM9 login screen

  • Enter your name and the email address you registered with

  • Enter the 6-digit code sent to you via email and text message


Both options give you the same content. You'll need to re-verify every 24 hours using the same process.

Step 2

WATCH LIVE


On the Home page, tap the WATCH LIVE button in the banner, then Join Session.

Main CME Program:

The complete main Summit program, including every talk and every Q&A, streams in three daily sessions:

  • FRIDAY (DAY 1): 8:25 AM – 5:30 PM ET

  • SATURDY (DAY 2): 8:25 AM – 5:30 PM ET

  • SUNDAY (DAY 3): 8:10 AM – 1:05 PM ET

Industry Sessions:
Select sponsor Product Theaters will also stream live. Check the Home page and individual Session details to see which are available.

Industry CME Symposium:
Will be live-streamed Friday during the lunch break.

Step 3

ASK A QUESTION

In any live session:

  • App: scroll to the bottom and tap the white Live Q&A bar

  • Browser: click Q&A in the white right-hand column

Then tap Ask a question, type your question, and hit Submit. (To hide your name, check Ask anonymously before submitting.)

All submitted questions go to Program Directors Drs. Steve Ommen and Martin Maron for consideration. Please note: we will not be able to ask every question submitted. Thank you for your understanding.
