Registration Terms & Policies
In-Person Registration Policy
No on-site registration. Pre-registration required for all Boston attendees.
In-person registrations may not be canceled and re-registered as virtual attendance under any circumstances.
Cancellations received on or before October 1, 2026 are eligible for a refund of tuition paid, less a $50 non-refundable processing fee per registrant. Cancellations received after October 1, 2026 are non-refundable.
Substitutions for in-person registrations are permitted through October 1, 2026.

Virtual Registration Policy

In the event of cancellation of HCM Summit 9, Ciné-Med, Lahey Clinic, Inc., and Lalone Marketing shall bear no liability for any expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related costs.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify any session and/or substitute a qualified speaker if circumstances require. No liability shall be assumed for any resulting changes, delays, or consequential losses.

All international flights arrive at Terminal E at Boston Logan International Airport.
Terminal E has been recently modernized to improve customs and immigration flow. Eligible travelers are encouraged to use the Mobile Passport Control (MPC) app which may reduce processing time.
International attendees are advised to plan an arrival cushion:
Arrive in Boston at least one day prior to your first Summit talk;
At Logan Airport, allow flexibility for immigration processing, baggage claim, and ground transportation
Travel time from Logan Airport to the Seaport Hotel typically ranges from 10–20 minutes, depending on traffic.
