Fabry Disease (FD) is an under-recognized cause of HCM, and high-risk testing has revealed a much higher prevalence of FD than previously believed. This symposium will explore the unique manifestations of Fabry cardiac involvement that prompt accurate diagnosis of FD, and highlight the impact Fabry-specific kidney involvement has on cardiac outcomes, underscoring the importance of disease-specific management of Fabry HCM.
